Condition: ascents up to 1,400 meters in altitude. Walking time up to 5 hours, depending on the weather, the snow conditions and the condition of the group.

Technique: Mastery of the hairpin bends on the ascent, parallel turns on all slopes (blue, red and black) and safe downhill techniques in all types of snow are absolutely necessary. Safe walking with crampons and handling the safety equipment (avalanche transceiver, probe and shovel) is an advantage.

Procedure: We meet on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. at the Hohe Mut Bahn valley station for a material check. Arriving at the Hohe Mut, we descend into the Rotmoostal and, if the conditions allow it, via the Eiskögele to the Langtalereck Hütte. There we move into our quarters and discuss the tour options for the next few days, such as: Mittlerer Seelenkogel, Hinterer Seelenkogel, Annakogel, Hoch Wilde, Schalfkogel...
